The Provider is in the business of transcribing and/or translating into other languages audio or video materials submitted by you on the website.  The Provider is not responsible for the source or content of any materials you submit.  The Provider’s sole role is to transcribe.  You agree to submit only materials for transcription or translation which originate from you and/or are your own content, which do not violate another party’s intellectual property rights, and which do not violate any state, federal, or international obscenity, intellectual property, privacy laws, or any other applicable law.You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold the Provider harmless from any liability which may arise as a result of the materials submitted by you.

5. The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Provider and other parties.
